Taxi , shuttle, and ride share are the best options for getting to and from the airport to Caesars Palace hotel.
We have partnered with a company LASexpress. They offer very reasonable rates. You can book your travel directly though their user friendly link: Fast and Efficient Airport Transportation.
Ride Share : This is considered Uber/Lyft. This runs about $15 during non-peak times one way . Both of these options can be pick up in the parking garage of the airport.
Taxi: Taxi's run about $15 during non-peak times one way. Taxi's can be picked up outside of the baggage claim area at the airport. Once at the hotel if you want to do any sightseeing of the "Vegas Strip" Taxi's are the most convenient way to travel short distances. There are some Taxi hailing apps (similar to Uber/Lyft): Curb, iTaxi, RideGenie you can take advantage of.
Rental Cars: Require a 10 minute shuttle ride from the airport to pickup vehicles and the lines can often be quite long so a 1 hour process is not unusual. Please follow airport signage to direct you to the right location if you choose to rent a car.
* As always please check signage at the airport once you arrive to point you in the right direction *
Thank you for your patience as we looked into the best possible childcare options.
Due to inconsistent needs and overall low demand we are unable to provide full-time childcare. We did however, find an amazing company Artsy Nannies. They work with Caesars on a regular basis and are listed on their insurance. Artsy Nannies has three options based on your family's individual needs. All providers are company employees who are experienced, educated, fingerprinted, background checked, CPR and first aid certified.
Option 1: Nannies travel to Las Vegas hotels to provide professional child care services. Reservations are $35.00/hr with a $10.00 reservation fee for up to three children. There is a minimum booking of 3 hours making the total- $115.00. If a family has more than 4 children that need care the rate is then doubled for the usage of multiple nannies making it $70.00/hr. Payments can only be made only through visa, master or discover card. Although tips are not expected they are accepted (cash only). This may be an opportunity for nanny sharing with a friend or colleague.
Option 2: Las Vegas Activity Center at Town Square is a engaging and fun. It is conveniently located on Las Vegas Blvd and has a low rate of $7 to $9 per hour/per child with a one hour minimum and a maximum of five hours. Reservations are not necessary but appreciated (702) 448-4352. Children must be walking well, ages one to ten.
Option 3: Artsy Summer Camp-10am to 4pm with after camp hours available. Campers learn different topics and experience science, stories, crafts and entertainment. (702)-448-4352 for more information.
Lastly, there is also an open play during the week from 8am to 10am. It is offered daily to all family members for indoor play and crafts. The children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. All areas of the Activity Center will be open for families to utilize. Learn through play with sensory bins, Wii, board games, scooters and toys. Free coffee for the adults!
